Hun, i've been singing for quite a while now, and the best piece of advice i can give you is that you need to do a proper voice warm up.
Things like humming a simple tune will help you get rid of that scratchyness you're experiencing.
Then make sure you do some breathing exercises...to make sure that your breathing is a-okay!

I think that its awesome that you want to be a professional singer...just keep on aiming for the sky and your dreams will come true! Don't ever give up just because of what one person says. My daddy taught me that.

Try to drink something warm and soothhing, such as jasmine tea. It's very warm and almost guarentees to get anything in your throat. Another is hot tea with some honey. The honey gets rid of any scratchiness. Hope this works!

A scratchy singing voice is a quality that alot of singers would love to have. But if You don't like it then I suggest:
-Drink herbal tea before you sing
-Try not to scream at all, your voice is probably just recovering from all the screaming, i'm sure it will pass.

Maybe your voice is naturally scratchy. If so I would guess that your vibrato is fake, because scratchy and vibrato don't really work together. If not.. Just sing a laaaaaaa note. Don't try to make it have vibrato, just use your natural voice. If there's vibrato in the note, it comes naturally, If it doesn't then it's fake... But you would know if it was fake.

Sorry I'm being confusing

I'm no expert, see a singing teacher if you want more help.

try relaxeding and drink something

use your diafram, good singing teachers teach this but to improve your diafram muscles i suggest put a pile of books on your stomach, not to heavy but about 5-6kg and take deep breaths.

if you have a singing teacher and sing using your diafram then warm drinks are great but do not drink milk or dairy product with in a couple of hour prior to performing.so black tea and herbal teas are great.

Green tea (warm) before you sing take a table spoon of honey keep your throat moist. Your voice should fully mature around age 18. Fake or natural honestly only you can tell that.

Removing scratch, breathiness and over-singing takes time. Breath control is key. You need a good voice teacher to help you learn to control your breathing. Also, never practice while singing full-blast. Sing softly. It requires more breath control (which will help you) and won't harm your voice.

try drinking lemonade w/ out sugar pUre lemonade,
and i have a secret you can catch ur pitch by covering one ear or both.
