It's not "36 Chambers," it's "36TH Chamber." Wu Tang stole that from a well-known martial arts picture that came out in 1978 called the "36th Chamber of Shaolin."
The main character learns his kung fu by progressing in his training through the 35 chambers. Then he reaches the apex of his training in the 36th chamber.
I don't know, but stop asking the question 4-5 times, it's anoying.

A chamber is a rapping style. If you listen to the songs that have "chamber" in the name (4th Chamber, 7th Chamber, 9th Chamber, etc...) they're collaboration tracks in which all of the emcees use a similar flow and lyrical style. It did originally come from The 36th Chamber of Shaolin.
