FL Studio is as easy as you can get to make sampled loops. You could try Reason 4.0 & Recycle if you have a interface and a MIDI controller.
EDIT: Let me also say that you need to stick with something. Everything is always going to seem too hard when you first start. Stick with it and you will get better. Good luck.
fruity loops really isnt dat hard once u keep at it.i thought it was really hard at first but i kept going and now i think its quiet easy
FL STUDIO!!!! is the easiest thing out there but you have to keep tweaking them to make it sound less cheap so if you think that's hard than your SOL cause the other programs out there are ridiculous
