r - bend release (release immediately if no number after r)
/\ - slide into or out of (from/to "nowhere")
s - legato slide

[n] - artificial harmonic
n(n) - tapped harmonic
~ - vibrato
tr - trill
T - tap
TP - trem. picking
PM - palm muting
\n/ - tremolo bar dip; n = amount to dip
\n - tremolo bar down
n/ - tremolo bar up
/n\ - tremolo bar inverted dip
= - hold bend; also acts as connecting device for hammers/pulls
<> - volume swell (louder/softer)
x - on rhythm slash represents muted slash
o - on rhythm slash represents single note slash
...some use their own symbols though

I believe H and P mean Hammer-on and Pull-off. I think S means Slide. I'm not sure about L and T. And if it helps, B means Bend.
@->-->-

"T" sometimes mean thumb.
"L" might mean legato.

I'm not sure about "E" and "W" different tab contributors, use different notation symbols.

I would check out Hal Leonard publishing or Cherry Lane for a consistent tab legend.
