Wouldn't Country Music be better if they cursed in it more?!

Question: Serious

Answers: Serious

lmao, im imagining this one country song with cursing and it would be rather nice

It wouldn't be country if they did. (Try rap)

no because then it wouldn't be as clean and younger kids wouldn't have anything good to listen to. i know that is what i listened to because it is clean. really a 7 year old can't walk around singing move *****. it really isn't right

Umm, no. Cursing is immature. There is really no point to it and it sounds so ugly! A lot of good movies are ruined by it too.

cursing doesn't make a song better or worse. It is mostly just for shock value anyway.

No.It was pretty darn good when they "BEEPED" out the words. If you want to hear cussing follow me on the golf corse.

Uh no you can have that in the rap crap and why would you ask a weird question like that? If lala dont like country why is she in here?

No. It's great just the way it is.

no cause then it wouldn't be the good old country that i love.
and i want to keep it the way it is.
are you ok with that?

I agree with the first guy it wouldn't be country any more. Want proof?? go to

after about 1 min the song will start just listen Hank will tell ya and he is the reason country is the wya it is today.

if you dont like find another music group country is country.

nope. It is better without it

HELL NO! I like country because it doesn't cuss that much and when it does, it's nothing bad. Hell, they even have a song about not cussing in country music!

It would be better if it sounded more COUNTRY. George Strait, Dwight Yoakam, Tanya Tucker, and Hank Jr. are the only singers I can think of who have stayed to the traditional country sound. I don't think it would be better if it cursed more. As a matter of fact, I think that would be worse.

your thinking of that stupid rap ****.....no country wouldnt be country if it has cursing in it

No; it just seems like people have a limited vocabulary of words. Besides we don't need to swear to make a point!!

There are country groups who curse, Those Poor Bastards, Bob Wayne and the outlaw Carnies, and as in the video posted earlier Shelton(Hank Jrs son) Hank Williams III. Check out his cd: Straight To Hell and he has a new one coming out this year called Damn Right Rebel Proud.

I hate to burst the bubble of those who don't know the history of the genre, but some3 of the foulest, most obscene lyrics ever recorded have been country music. Gene Autry, Jimmie Davis (author of You Are My Sunshine & former governor of Louisiana), and many others recorded sexual lyrics that make rap look like nursery rhymes. If you want proof-email me.

country singers don't have to use fowl language to express things, i think they do it just well like they do i love country music if you want cursing you should start listening to more rap/hip hop

If you don't believe me, ask Hank Williams Jr. In country, we don't use The F-Word.

Even Kid Rock is in the live video.

No way.
