What's the Most Irrelevant RHH Album you've ever heard?!

Question: My pick would be 8 Diagrams. That album had no place, no impact, and no inspiration. It was a very lazy effort. Some blame the beats, some blame the current market. IDK about all that, I blame on the WU themselves.

What's yours?

I get what you're saying with 8 Diagrams - I kinda like that album, but it didn't really make a mark the way it should have for the return of the Wu. If it had come from an unkown group, I'd probably have been quite impressed - but knowing what Wu Tang is capable of left the whole thing seeming like a bit of a lazy effort.

I'd say Restless by Xzibit. I always thought he was a talented rapper who just needed a chance. So when he dropped an album at the height of the whole world going crazy for Dre and Em, and he was affiliated with them, I thought that would be his biggest break. But then he made a decent, but mediocre album and took absolutely no creative risks on it. It just passed by with no impact.

Lil Cease's album, and yes I did buy it.............what a waste of money

I would have to say Hollow tips {takin no shorts} everthing in the album was $hit complete $hit and the sad thing is it was a double album

Enocore....wow that one sucked, it wasnt even the real Eminem

Anything by Sisqo or Chingy...

Devoid of art...

I'm gonna agree with you on 8 Diagrams... much as I loved the album, it was hopelessly irrelevant.

WOW...there are probably hundreds of irrelevant rhh albums...but they are usually irrelevant because of the lack of impact that they have had...I think 8 Diagrams did have some relevance just because it was their first album done with out ODB, and didnt make an album since 2001...that being said...it wasnt anything special...

But honestly...I listen to a lot of stuff that can be argued if it has any relevance or not...I just like listening to the music...

Snoop Dogg - Ego Trippin'
I wasn't sure whether or not I should buy this album, but I did. Big mistake! I would argue that this is his worst album to date. Snoop: what ever inspired you in '92-'96 is what you need to find again to prove to the world you're still 'The Top Dogg'. I'm sure everyone would put Snoop Dogg in their 25 fav mcs lists if he kept consistent good material. Every year I hear an excellent verse by Snoop, but usually not more than that 1 verse.

Two Albums I expected a lot more out of and was extremely dissapointed with were Ras Kass - Rassassination after the briliance of Soul on Ice it was a rather tacky commercial mish mash of tracks that often bore no relation to each other.
The other was The Firm - The Firm Volume 1. After the Affirmative Action track on Nas' - It Was Written I expected a lot more than was delivered.
Both have 2 or 3 good tracks but a lot more filler and garbage than quality.

Pete Rock- NY's Finest

he's not the PR we that gave us the beats on All souled out,Mecca & the soul brother, The main ingrediant, Center of Attention, The original baby pa, Soul Survivor and Petestrumentals anymore

anything by 50 cent
