Coldplay definitely is. It's called Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends. The release date is June 16, 2008.
No firm details on a third album by 30 Seconds to Mars.
I know Cold PLay for sure will release one in 2008. I have not heard anything about 30 Seconds to Mars. I wish I could give you an exact release date for Cold Play...but I do know for sure they will release one this year.
You'll hear a new single from Coldplay likely in the next 4-6 weeks, an album in the next 3 months, they are just finishing up the miscellaneous stuff on the album
