Chopin or Mozart?!
Question: whose solo piano pieces do you prefer? Concerti? any other form of orchestration including opera as well.

On piano, hands down to Chopin. I'm a romantic cheeseball at heart. I would've killed to be George Sand. I really love the Preludes and Nocturnes, his Cello sonatas (I know you asked for piano...but I couldn't help myself as a cellist).
Mozart had his own glorious way with music, especially with a few of his piano concertos and symphonies. Wow, talk about killer harmony.

Mozart
Chopin, most definitely.
Chopin definately. Most of Mozart's work was focused on orchestra, while Chopin was all about the piano. Mozart's pieces are a lot easier to play too, pieces by Chopin are a lot more difficult, but a lot nicer.
chopin. his music is much more moving. mozart's music is too strict for my taste.
chopin etudes + nocturnes are my favourite.
I love both...Mozart had great concertos...especially loved his Concerto in D minor.
Chopin's pieces are awesome as well...I love his piano pieces. I just wish I had a larger hand span so I could play them all. I can only reach an octave and 1. *cry*
CHOPIN!!!
Mozart in my opinion was not half as great as people thought he was. He composed alot of stuff that lacked emotion and was boring. Although he was a complete GENIUS, he was really a moron. He was all wierd and immature.
chopin on the other hand wrote all beautiful pieces. He was a well disciplined man and everything he wrote was with such emotion. Although difficult, their worth learning.
