Well, you could get away with it, unless it is a really famous duet. But I heard from the best that if you sing a duet with only 1 person, your solo has to be twice as good!
why not just sing the version by seether alone? I dont see how itd matter anyway...i think it would be fine especially with that song as it wasnt a duet to begin with

yea it doesnt matter, you should probably just sing the part of one of them though. otherwise it might seem like your having a dialouge with yourself
