anymore advancements have been made to such an extent that once you make it sing it write it...there is a copy write on it....it is yours, however to make it legal you must contact the U.S Copy write office, if you post it on youtube add a disclaimer to the end or beginning of it http://memory.loc.gov/learn/start/cpyrt/ this may further help
