it has 2 meanings . The most popular is the Yoyo trick were the yoyo will be realease and the player will let the yoyo touch the ground and he will continue walking synchronized with the yoyo rolling. pretending that the yoyo is a dog.
walking the dog ... also means walking with your pet dog.

Yeah...but there's some slang meaning too....something dirty and "inappropriate".....something dripping with tha funk.....I could make a couple of guesses but am not sure enough to stake my claim...anyone else out there feel me?
I think it means..that it means..that "dragging" it...and usual and "hes doin everything for her..for she "doesnt complete"..and put her heart into it..so hes "walkin her dog"..doin it for her..that is just what I got out of it..he loves her and is doin all for her..TC/ God Bless you;)
