1. Yes , Maiden was formed in 1975
2. You said they only had 1 guitarist. I may be misunderstood but they have 2. Unless you are saying something else
3. I don't know if I'm misunderstood here also but , you make it seem like you are saying that the current bassist is the frontman which Harris is not.

Edit: I got it, it's Motorhead!!!
It is Motorhead. Formed in 1975, bassist is the frontman. Not sure how many singers besides Lemmy they've had though so maybe i'm wrong. Motorhead have 1 basist and 1 guitarist. It's definatly not Maiden. Maiden currently have 3 guitarists, and have had 3 singers I believe.
