Women just feel more comfortable singing in their head voice. Once they learn how to sound just as good in their chest voice, and start developing their mixes, their tone becomes more distinct and has a greater quality =D

im not quit sure but it is really hard to sing the same tone as your voice cause if you just hold it it will go up in a higher tone

Depends what you're singing really... You might be singing something higher or lower than your voice...
