me too! I also like banjo, mandolin, piano, ukulele, violin/fiddle, harmonica, drums, dobro, dulcimer, and so on.
Acoustic would be the best for R&B but if you want to play hard metal and rock, go for electric. Acoustic guitar is used mostly for rythym and electric for lead. your choise
i've played mostly electric guitar but like to pick up the acoustic here and there.
I've found more satisfaction from listening to someone play acoustic, than trying to do it myself~!
