Why do rap artists always thank "God" for their success?!
Question: If they knew anything about "God" (I'm assuming they mean the Christian God sence they don't say Buddah, Allah, Shiva...etc.), they would see that this GOD is against everything their music boasts about.
God wants a weak, poor, ignornat servant. He doesn't want proud, wealthy, talented & abitious individuals who live for comforts, vices & earthly pleasures.
If these rap artists need a symbolic diety to thank for their success - Satan seems most suitable seeing than Satanism is about the enjoyment of life's pleasures & self induldence.
This might be a bit hard to swallow for most people.
After all...400 plus years of the whiteman beating the fear of his God into you can be a hard thing to shake.
To all the celebrities out there who live for luxury & indulgence, do a little research into the cliche sayings which serve no purpose other than to make you look "good".

Well, obviously they believe in Him (or her) and how do we even know that this God is even real?
Actually that would be SENSE and I imagine they thank God for the same reason that pop artist, rock artist, and actors do... because they want to.
Or Sense even....I agree most celebs choose to do that so people think they have morals and think there is a bigger picture....I do think they're some sincere remarks made.
