I guess it would be Rose Royce although I'm thoroughly sick of hearing "Car Wash". I know they had some other songs that were minor hits but I would like to hear one of those for a change.

new birth is my favorite in this comparison....my all time 3 favorites from them are "wild flower", "it's been a long time" and "dream merchant". grew up listening to them, including many great artists from the 60s and 70s, in my home.....my mother was a huge fan of their music.
however, rose royce put it on the map with their #1 hit "car wash". i also love "i wanna get next to you" but i all time favorite by them is "ooh boy" --yessssss, that is my jam! (smiles)
