They had 6 studio albums with Jim: 'The Doors', 'Strange Days', 'Waiting for the Sun', 'The Soft Parade', 'Morrison Hotel', and 'L.A. Woman'.
After Jim died, they made 2 more albums with the 3 remaining members: 'Other Voices' and 'Full Circle'; then they composed the music to 'An American Prayer' to match Jim's poetry/spoken words, so that's 9 studio albums.
As far as live albums, they have quite a few of those and some were limited editions, so they're pretty hard to find. They're most recent live album is 'Live in Pittsburgh 1970' (released about a month ago), which can be found on The Doors' online store, along with a few others: http://thedoors.shop.musictoday.com/
