When Is The Kids In Glass Houses Album Coming Out?!

Question: It will be released on 28 May of 2008

Smart/Casual is the debut album from Kids In Glass Houses, recorded during late 2007 at Long Wave Studios with Romesh Dodangoda. The album contains songs the band have written since the release of their six-track EP "E-Pocalypse!", and also three tracks from the EP.

One track of which, "Easy Tiger", is the lead single from the album, released March 10 2008. The single was released as digital download, and on a limited pressing of 2000 vinyls. The music video for the single received considerable plays on music channels.

Another single, the new version of "Me Me Me", will be released May 19 2008, just before the album's release.

Through the course of 2007 and 2008, the band have been playing material which is set for the album, in the form of songs such as "Skeletons" or "Girls". Some tracks, such as "Ugly Philistines", date back to 2006 though.

Tracks confirmed for the album through the band, the label, or through interviews.

"Fisticuffs" (previously "Pick Flowers Not Fights")
"Shameless"
"Girls"
"Be Nice (Start Now)"
"Geograffiti"
"Saturday" (previously "Skeletons")
"Easy Tiger" (re-recorded)
"Me Me Me" (re-recorded)
"Raise Hell" (re-recorded)

All but one of these songs have been played live since the EP release, but are still to be confirmed for release on the album.

"Dance All Night" (heard in the Album webisodes briefly, mentioned by Aled)
"Church Tongue" (played live on October tour and December tour, recorded in December)
"Good Boys Gone Rad" (played live once in early 2008)
"Ugly Philistines" (played live at 2006 Christmas show, re-recorded during album sessions)
