Can't remember name of this hip hop song?!

Question: It's probably early to mid 90's, I can't remember any lyrics other than a pretty popular hook that might be a sample that I've heard a thousand times, it simply goes "run...run" it's in the style of De la Soul, Tribe, Black Sheep, Pharcyde, I know it'll probably something obvious but I can't think of it now, any help?
