Suffering is not without value and is a small price to pay for gained knowledge. Life is suffering, but suffering can be overcome.
I don't know but it's better than believing in nothing and still suffering. That's like really bad. I always say I would rather live my life like there is a God and die to find out there is no such thing than to live my life like there is no God and find out in the end there is one.
Believing is its own reward. Suffering comes with the territory of being alive. To NOT believe due to fear of suffering would run contrary to that. You must dream. ?
