Industrial metal band kinda?!
Question: I can't remember the name of it. Their singer has a deep melodic voice and they really aren't that heavy. Someone want to throw me some names? If I see it I'll know it.
Their music videos are kind of Tool like but more spacey and futuristic. Its driving me nuts.

Fear Factory can definitely fit under the industrial metal label, you got it right the first time. :) While that's a great cover, it's not their typical style... they're generally much heavier. Check out the Demanufacture album, it's my favorite album from them.

Uh, could it be Deadsy? Although they aren't really industrial. Maybe show us a video, that might help : )
