Assignment for class...?!

Question: I have to read a short story expressing a mood, I haven't decided if I want "nervous" or "bubbly"

bubbly sounds really fun and will fill the listeners with happiness(haha that was cheesy, but it will)
nervous sounds really fun also, I think that would have a lot more feeling and emotion in it..

which one do you think I should do? which one would you rather listen to?

also we need music playing softly in the background, which song should i play with either of them. and I don't think the song bubbly would work, my class is supposed to guess the mood, and that might give it away a little

Nervous seems a lot more broad--technically, bubbly can be a kind nervous, as it involves a sort of shake in one's nerves. Nervous, however, can imply anything from suspense, dread, excitement, and exhilaration. I would go nervous.

Anything by Poe with creepy, eery music in the background would be great. I did a similar assignment in a high school drama class. I read The Tell Tale Heart with nothing but a gradually louder heartbeat playing. I got the best grade in the class.
