I've only heard a couple UK artists I think...I'm not a big fan, the accent kinda messes it up and makes it hard to understand IMO..but again I haven't heard much...

Yea The only UK artist I've heard is Lady sovereign & I only kinda liked her songs but not rly at all Mii dude down there speaks Truth the accent kinda kills it for Me I like the New York or Chicago kinda accent

No, I didn't even know there was UK rap until now.
I may not be american but i can say that from my point of view, most english rap is rubbish, apart from a couple of lady sovereigns or dizzee rascals. it has no ummph to it....its funny how people say its the accent, cos to us brits, its you that has the accent!
No... There's really no radio play for foreign hip hop where i am.. But im always open to new things and your question has encouraged me to listen to some...
