Already have a promo copy - it's excellent. George, who happens to be my personal favorite male Country singer, has never strayed too far from his roots - at least as compared to many other would-be purists. However, this and his last Album contain a lot more "vintage Strait," with a particular emphasis on Western Swing. I truly believe that if George had been born ~30 years~ earlier, he would have been Bob Wills' first choice for a male singer had they made the "connection." this, with all due respect to Tommy Duncan and a dozen others.
