People still do that? Watch the music video. From what I've seen it isn't that difficult.
put your arms up slightly higher than waist length like you're mowing the grass but bend your arms. spread your legs about 10 inches apart and twist your foot outward while you rest your body weight on your opposite foot and back. it sounds complicated but it's really basic.
