supposed to mean how street you are. the more cuts you have the more crimes..kinda like a tear was supposed to mean how many you've killed for your gang. Anyway..Its a realllllyyyy old thing. and it played out now.

Oh yeah that, I was wondering why people had that to. At 1st I kinda thought he was born like that or just did that, but then I seen Souljah Boy and.... some other people I can't think of have that to and I wanted to ask why does people have that and cuz I didn't really know.
