but, jay-z isn't as hunger as he use to be and it shows in his music. but, HE HAS PROVEN HIMSELF, time and time again.
You have to be joking. This like asking whats the better automobile, A Lexus LS 450H or a Dodge Neon. There is literally no comparison of these two because one is built on quality and to last long, while the other might be around for sometime, but there is not anything of quality about it.
This is the same analogy that can be used for this question. Jay Z at his worse can rhyme circles around anyone. He can freestyle, try out new things with no delay, re-invent and still be viewed as a strong businessman in the states. Lil Wayne on the other hand..... how many times has he attempted to change his style since he has been in the rap game??? Not once. And to add more to this, how many times has he re-invented himself??? Not once, and can he freestyle??? Not really. He is only good at entertaining and making "elevator music" (thats music no one really misses or thinks about after the album falls off the charts.)
