I've seen a whole slew of dates confirmed already. I'm pumped, especially since Velvet Revolver sucks so hard.
It's weird that their ONLY album I liked when it came out was Core... since then, the other stuff has really grown on me. I guess I can just better appreciate good songwriting now.
My opinion? The former GNR guys in VR should now go off on their own, grab more former members, and start recording new stuff that sounds more like Guns, as opposed to watered down radio crap... They could call themselves Uzi Suicide, after their original label.
Regardless, can't wait for STP.

i too was listening to Core last week, can't say i liked any of ther other stuff as much.
Anyway, i didn't know they were having a reunion, and I can't get too excited either since they weren't as good as Alice and Chains or Soundradens last album.
Good luck to them, if they hae a good album released i just might buy it.

Yes! I can't wait for them to hit the road hopefully Scott Weiland can stay sober. They are a great live band. I couldn't agree more with you on Eric Kretz being an underrated drummer, and the Deleo brothers are pretty underrated too.
Pretty sure Scott isn't going to leave Velvet revolver anytime soon. Im guessing their wont be a reunion for a while.
If Weiland can keep himself together I wouldn't mind seeing them, as long as they played the entire Core album - didn't care for much after that.
