Stuck..writing?!

Question: I'm writing a new ditty and I'm finding my self naturally wanting to repeat the same three chords...any suggestions to a bridge or chorus? The chord progression is :

Em7 for 2 bars to a Cmaj7 for 1 bar then that chord formation slides up to a D for 1 bar it then this repeats but at the end of the second time through, I play a Bm7 instead of the D
