Question: i have been giving him the same answer over and over, and he has reported me 4 times, and he is getting annoyed, i will keep reporting him as long as he posts, i have nothing but time

Don't answer his question. If noone answers, maybe he'll quit(i wish). Yahoo! doesn't seem to be doing anything about him.

I have reported and reported also it doesnt seem to be doing any good but i will keep reporting him and ignoring him I DO NOT answer his questions any more. He has so many alias's but its easy to recognize him because the little jack a** always has the same question. Know any country songs for my projectplaylist(that was me in a whiney voice) Uggggggg

Although I completely understand and agree with you all that it *IS* annoying to see the same question over & over again, please take a moment to think this over.

This person, Randy, may possibly be disabled. This could be his only means of having contact with others, or a way to pass his time. Unfortunately, having a disability tends to make it very difficult to make and keep friends. Opportunities for social activities are difficult to come by.
I'm not saying that this is the reason for all the repeated questions, but it is possible.

Not trying to preach here, but maybe just ignoring the questions and not reporting him would be a better solution...?

Did ya notice, they're finally deleting some of his questions. I practically begged them to do something about it last time I reported him.
