When I hit an open string on acoustic guitar it starts to buzz?!
Question: the 1st and 2nd string dont but the rest do, do I have to adjust the neck or tighten the strings?

For the love of god take it someone who knows what hey're doing! I've been playing guitar for over a decade and I wont even **** with mine. those things are delicate beasts.
Or you could try tuning up little bit?
accoustic guitars action arnt very easy to adjust. the strings may be apart of the problem. they are possibly too light a gauge.
You might want to check that your neck is straight. You shouldn't be getting fretbuzz on an open string.
