I don't think anyone really believes they're going to convince you or any of the other Kool-Aid drinkers of what a horrible band MCR is. Eventually, there will come a day when you'll realize it on your own. Granted, it might take a while. I can picture a scenario maybe some fifteen years down the road where we'll bump into each other and you'll look back upon this time of blind devotion with embarrassment and laughter. I promise not to say "told ya so."
The purpose of the questions is obvious. They're absolutely hilarious and provide good laughs. They also confirm much of what we already suspected about Gerard.

I love them and and love their music it will never change what i think about them people wil always hate but who cares. the can like what we like and they can like what they like. no one should be made fun of or have people hate on them because they are diffrent and comfortable with who they are.

I also admire how MCR give hope to their fans and promote not to follow the 'trendy' lifestyle and spend your life looking beautiful.. I like how they spread the message that all people are beautiful.. and there is nothing wrong to be different.

I can assure you the fan base of classic metal fans were much more weirder than the fan base of MCR. they were all in it for the glam and ti**y flashing.... Well, I love the whole Ferard thing, but when I listen to their songs I dont think "Hmm... I bet they make out a lot."
I keep the music away from the bands' personal lives, I don't care if they think this and I disagree, one thing is pure music and the other's a person. I don't see it as 'this is the person that creates this music.' That makes it too complex. And I don't judge. So whatever is up with any band members, it won't change my musical opinion; only the quality of the music can do that.
(And yes; I know Ferard is probably nothing more than propaganda, but still love it)

So what's the big deal. Am I totally missing the point here. Gerard and Frank kissed, which is obviously for shock value. Hello, they are putting a show. They're just being silly. What does a GIF of Gerard fanning himself going to change about me liking the band. As long as they care for their fans, which they do, put out good music, which they do, are happy, which they seem to be, and aren't racists and homophobic, which they aren't. They are fine in my book. It's all about the music and impact on a fan's life, nothing more.
They aren't suppose to change the way you fans think about MCR. Those pictures are just meant to make us laugh instead.
