I lost mine today too!! Yay! I am happy that my incessant bothering of you brought you back =). I have been liking the band EndeverafteR, it's kind of all over the place.

I doubt I'm doing much discovering at all since most of what's being served to me has already been discovered. There's this one punk band called Broken Bottles that's kind of cool though.

It was probably the same thief who took mine. Probably some drone who has "all the new records" and has their "finger on the pulse" or whatever. Jerks.
The last cool thing that I found out about, on my own at least, would probably be Tom Brouseau. Neat old-school folk country guy that I saw play with a band that I like a lot. I guess the Tyde (a cool simple rock band, kind of in a throwback sort of a way) would be more recent as the two acts bookended the band I went to see with the Tyde headlinging. They're both very good.

The only band that comes to mind is Communic, who sound a lot like Nevermore (one of my favs), but that was a little over a year ago. Before that would probably be Amon Amarth but that's 3 years ago now. The "new" band smell has started to come off of them.
I started listening to lots of different bands recently, including The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Josh Groban, Seventh Day Slumber, Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, Paul Simon, etc. etc.
I dunno who stole it, I sure didn't.
