Sorry for getting of the question but I hagree with Shock G, Biggie has the best flow of all time.

Big Daddy Kane, may not be best lyricist but he is pretty smooth his lyrics link well and his voice has the ability to carry a beat.

Eminem has a style all his own so weather you hate him or love him, you have to respect his delivery...he's one of the best story tellers as far as rappers are concerned.
Twista is a really good rapper. So is Jay-Z, Biggie, 2-Pac, Tech N9ne, and Eminem all have good flows. All of them are amazing rappers though.
