Plies because I have heard him talk before on a serious level. He is so smart and he may use one type of language when rapping but you also have to listen to his lyrics. For example no mean to hurt anybody but listen to 100 years...

probably plies but neither one of them has done anything great for hip hop. or themselves for that matter.

Slim Thug only cause I like Hoggs on the Grind and I don't like any of Plies songs.

Slim Thug all day to me, Slim Thug to me is an aight rapper (when he was still rappin) but Plies does an average job on a very low amount of his songs and raps below average most of the time.
Well, since rap and hip hop has been dead since 2003, I guess I'd rather listen to Slim Thug than Plies. Plies seems to be a T -Pains type. Can't decide if he will rap or sing.
