I think its quite possible! I think it was at the Grammy's that Kanye had all the lights turned off while he paid tribute to his mother with a glow in the dark outfit on. So if he did it there he'll probably do it on the tour. Hope I helped some.

"glow in the dark" is probably just a metphor.
