Depends on what music you like. Try listening to some Plushgun (go to myspace and search them in the music section) and some Ellegarden. Maybe Rise Against, Green Day, and a few of the better Good Charlotte songs (some arent so great.) I really dont know what type of music you like so I cant help you... I know of alot of bands but I dont want to post them all if it;ll be a waste of time.
for rock there's nirvana, guns n roses, sex pistols, linkin park and the foo fighters. for soft rock there's green day.
