I ran the search for an ALTO saxophone fingering chart. There are several different types of saxes but the most common in general is the alto saxophone. It is what I play also. I dunno what chart is easier for you to read so I chose a couple websites for you:

Are you enrolled in a band program at school? I'm sure your director will give you a copy to keep for practice if you ask or you can go to any bookstore like Books-A-Million, Amazon.com, or Barnes and Noble and they have several music books I'm sure you can find one with charts.

why dont you go to the local music store and tell then your problem or google mine local music store is called gazardos but i dont know if you have one in your location

thats easy jus go to google.ca and go to an image search of "saxophone fingerings"
