Perhaps a bit, but there are many guitarists out there with far more talent than he has.
He is a great guitarist. But no better than guys like George Lynch.
in my mind,, his best work was with Kiss on Lick it up. after that his chops are really just about average amongst hair band guitar gods. and he aint no George Lynch by far.
Absolutely! The guitar work on his solo albums is incredible! I can't even invision how his fingers can move that fast! The songs he made with KISS are better songs but the guitar work after he left KISS is unbelievable!
I'm going to attempt to make sense of your question. But Vinnie Vincent was EMPLOYED by KISS and was not a member OF KISS. To me the songs he played on were among their best "Tears are Falling" and he WAS underrated.
