I assume you mean current songs judging by the artists you gave as examples. Some newer good rock songs I would recommend are:
"Well thought out Twinkles" by Silversun Pickups
"Sky is Over" by Serj Tankian
I would also check out the bands Arcade Fire and Mumsdollar. I think they are also pretty good.
My Chemical Romance is my favorite, Green Day, Linkin Park, The Used, Paramore, and Good Charlotte also rank pretty high up there. I've also been listening to Pounding-Doves and Radio-Alkaline Trio a lot recently.
