Most of the ones I know are pre-1980 :~

'Albatross' ~ Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac
'Samba Pa Ti' ~ Santana
'Bron-Yr-Aur' ~ Led Zeppelin
'The Long Road' ~ Mark Knopfler
'Going Home (Theme from The Local Hero)' ~ Mark Knopfler
'Marooned' ~ Pink Floyd
'Bouree' ~ Jethro Tull

Dream Theater - "Erotomania"

Talk Dirty to Me-Poison

JOE SATRIANI SURFING WITH THE ALIEN (ALL INSTUMENTAL)

the only thing i can think of is Fire on High by ELO, and Shine on You Crazy Diamond by Pink Floyd. Shine on You Crazy Diamond is a really long song and vocals are extremely minimal

Speed Metal Symphony by Yngwie Malmsteen is all instrumental and its about 10 min long

1.Heart Shaped Box-Nirvana
2.Slow Ride-Foghat
3.The Unforgiven-Metallica
4.Dream On-Aerosmith
5.Jump-Van Halen
6.Eye Of The Tiger-White Snake
7.Sweet Home Alabama-Lynard Skynard
8.Paranoid-Black Sabbath

Ozzy:
Mr. Crowley
Crazy Train
Suicide Solution
Tons more lol

Motley Crue:
Shout at the Devil
Wild Side
Girls, Girls, Girls
Dr. Feelgood
Smokin in the boys room
To Young to Fall in love

Iron Maiden:
Number of the Beast
The Trooper
Can I Play with Madness
Wrathchild
Run to the Hills
and ultimatly...Hallowed be thy name...totally instrumental. all guitars

Check out this web site, they probably have something that will help you out. Good Luck!

'Orion' and 'The Call of Ktulu' by Metallica are totally instrumental.

Frankenstein by Edgar Winter. Gary Hooey and Eric Johnston did albums worth of stuff with no singing. Check out Steve Vai and Joe Satriani.
