I think the asker is looking for the actual *song*, because several of the songs performed at the live show were not included on "The Dance" live album, but 'Go Insane' did get a release 5 years later on "The Very Best Of" album.
Why would you be able to buy that anywhere? It's just some guy's video. I highly doubt he recorded it to sell anywhere.
