Answers: I just read these facts recently and wanted to see who could get the answers.

2) What is on his knees.
3) Arrested for peeing on a famous landmark, name it.
4) One of his album covers was partially censored, which one and why.
5) His favorite band.

1) Dog: The Bounty Hunter
2) 2 smiley-face tattoos from his first prison stay
3) The Alamo
4) The Ultimate Sin because of nudity
5) The Beatles, more specifically John Lennon

(EDIT)
Was it really Speak of the Devil? I was 99.9% it was Ultimate Sin... Besides, Speak of the Devil can't be considered a "real" album since it was a live record... (splitting hairs is amusing...)

(EDIT...again)
Here's some info I found online...
A few of Ozzy’s album covers were also controversial. His album Speak of the Devil (1982) which shows raspberries pouring out of Ozzy’s mouth, was first released with a sticker covering his mouth because the raspberries looked like clotted blood. Ozzy found out that the album was released with the sticker and he recalled every copy, then he had the album released in the way that he wanted it to look.
The original cover for his 1986 album The Ultimate Sin was pulled because it had three crucifixes in the background and the girl on the cover itself wasn’t wearing any pants.
No Rest for the Wicked (1988) originally had a cover that showed Ozzy wearing a crown of thorns and the little girls on the cover were all holding crucifixes.

So, to sum up, Speak of the Devil and The Ultimate Sin were both correct, but I didn't know about the No Rest for the Wicked cover controversy.

(EDIT)
Depends on how you interpret it. Partially censored to me means a sticker placed over Ozzy's mouth on Speak of the Devil. Since he succeeded in having it re-released without the sticker, I would say that was only partially censored... and then partially uncensored.
Did I win yet?

(EDIT)
Sorry Spooky... I've just got too much time on my hands to waste right now... Cheers!
