Hmmm. Under the Bridge is a great Red Hot Chili Peppers song, I like to warm up with that song when I'm practicing without my band mostly 'cause it has some awesome guitar, and almost no need for drums.
'Course, another good one, is Good Ridence(Time of your Life) by Green Day. There are lots, so keep looking!
