Techno/disco song played in 2001?!
Question: Help. Love a song but have no idea what it's called or who sings it.
Lead singer sounds like a black singer with a deep voice. He mumbles and I can't understand anything he says except for what sounds like "Starlight." Backup singers (ladies) mumble too but they do say "What you need." There's also a pause in the song so you could only hear the electric percussion.
This was played on radio stations that played techno music in 2001 but had a definite disco beat.
