Who thinks Korn has gone to crap?!
Question: I really miss the old Korn. They've been going downhill since See You on the Other Side (and a little since Take a Look in the Mirror). I bought SYOTOS, but was not a fan of it at all- I'm not even bothering with purchasing their newest album.

* I'd have to agree, but for me they've started to go downhill since they hit the mainstream with their Follow the Leader..I loved how heavy their first album was. Looks like Korn had to change due to the departure of Head. TALITM kinda reminded me of their first album, but not as good. The only song good in their new album is "Killing" and "I Will Protect You"..but the album sucks though...sucks like Jonas Brothers trying to cover "Need To"..
* I still bought all their albums (except greatest hits and other live albums) and downloaded their demo album, lol.
* Also, when Davis got addicted to Big Mac and became fat during the making of FTL.

I think korn has always sucked. i use to listen to them but i am not sure why. It could be that I drank alot

Korn is crap defined
Instead of creating a sound they ripped off music from 2 genres and wrapped it up into a crappy package.
They mix in a little fake rage and they have a boring type of music.

yeah they used to be pretty awesome. loved issues that was a great album. Now their stuff is just getting old and stale. there's a lack of creativity in it now.

I agree with ya. Their old stuff was great. I think they've gone downhill since jonathan davis had some throat problems (or something like that, I don't remember exactly what), which has caused them to tame down their music a lot.

In order to go to crap that means they would've been good at one time. Korn has never been any good, they've always been crap.
I agree with you that they aren't as good as they used to be. I think it was all downhill after Issues. The Self titled album, Life Is Peachy and Follow the Leader were awesome albums. Issues was ok, but didn't blow me away and after that it's all been mostly misses to me. I did hear that the newest one was a little better, but I haven't even bothered checking it out yet. It's really sad too, cause I used to love them.
As much as it pains me to say it, I agree. I've been a Korn fan my whole life, but ever since Head left it's just not the same. Take A Look was good, and SYOTOS had it's moments, but I feel they've gone a little NIN on the newest album. David did none of the drum tracking for the album, they would have been better off using a drum machine...or maybe they did I can't quite tell.
I've enjoyed all Korn's albums up to See you on the other side. That one was okay, but not great. It was very obvious that head was long gone. The latest one I've yet to check out, but it does not attract me at all. They still kick @ss live though.
