Can you help me identify this '80's song?!

Question: It had the style of a rap/dance song, and the chorus went, "You've got to PUT IT ALL THE WAY DOWN! PUT IT ALL THE WAY DOWN!" I remember thinking that sounded like Animal or Fozzy Bear from the Muppets. It was played on the radio a lot back in '87 or '88, and it had a catchy beat.

Clay-D & Prince Raheim - Pull it All the Way Down

Reminds me of a song called "Put down the ducky" from Sesame Street sung by Hoots (I think Little Ricard did it too), that goes like "You got to put down the ducky if you want to play the saxophone". There were alot of stars that came on singing different parts of the song.
I liked it too.
