Definitely Joe Budden , Mood muzik 3 was one of his best material to date. All of his mixtapes are better than Juelz' official albums.
The worst song that Joe Budden put out was the song 'Pump It Up' unfortunately that was his debut video, that's why people don't give him a chance, because they think he's another one hit wonder.
