I listen to whatever is on the radio during my morning work commute. I'm not usually awake enough to really pay too close attention, so anything that helps keep my eyes open is fine with me.
it varies... Lamb of God is always great. I also like things like Job for a Cowboy, Bring Me the Horizon, arch enemy etc...
on days where I'm feeling relatively happy I listen to staind or evanescence... xD...
i usally start of with spit it out by slipknot to wake me up then i get into coheed and cambria to mellow me back out then normallyh some blink 182 to get dressed
