Most music stores and "head" shops have a descent selection and you might check Hot Topic or Spencer's or maybe even a store that sells musical instruments and sheet music...
go to some shows, better yet, freakin warped tour dude!! (too bad its not till summer lol)
a surf shop or Zuimez if ya no the place or have one near by.
Live shows are definitely the best place to get stickers and stuff.
Warped tour and other festivals are awesome for free stickers.
If you have to go through less exciting venues, your local record store should have some. And chain stores like Hot Topic have them. They'll be horribly overpriced, but they get the job done.
Go to a head shop if you are old enough to get in and you know what a head shop is. That is where i used to get all the grap i used to put all over my case, amps, pedal boards, cabs, etc. Usually its the shop that sells music with bongs and posters and pot stuff. Here in Tulsa there is a store called Starship Records and Tapes where you can get anything you want from classical to death metal.
